What is BeamKnot?
BeamKnot is a browser-based building information SaaS platform. It turns IFC models into interactive 3D workspaces where teams can organize spaces, manage properties and functional areas, and review people-related KPIs.
What do I need to get started?
An IFC building model. Available levels, spaces and quantities depend on what is included in the source file. We can walk through your model together in a demo.
What can I manage?
Explore room area, volume, height and other IFC properties, manage workstation and occupancy data, and organize spaces into functional areas. Define and monitor custom KPIs across rooms, levels, activities, buildings and functional areas, including space utilization, occupancy, operational performance, safety risks and environmental impacts.
